I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for so successfully managing and completing my new house on the West Coast.

The project started in August 1997 when I visited your offices and spoke with John Urquhart (the first of many sessions). After a protracted period in securing the land the speed with which the house went up and was completed was truly amazing.

Throughout the level of confidence your staff instilled was excellent, an important factor when living some 600 miles away. Peter Shaw and Dougal Murray efficiently looked after the build and financial details once the build was given the go ahead and the tradesmen I met during my regular visits, including Willy, David, George and others again provided me with a high level of confidence in the way the house was being built.

Having taken the keys on 27th August I have not had much time yet to enjoy the house due to other circumstances but I look forward to spending many contented years there. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to other prospective house purchasers.
